Our vinyl material is resistant to UV radiation, and the color won't fade away anytime soon. SunWave awning is color coated on both sides, and it will look as good as new for years. The awning valance has a straight edge, giving the fabric a pretty and clean look. Our vinyl is flame retardant and will not crack below the frozen point. Fabric can be cleaned by regular soap and clean water.
